A San Fernando Valley native, Shannon has always had a passion for people and communication. She earned her degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational dynamics and interpersonal strategy.
She joined Hager Pacific in 2018, becoming an integral part of the team, and now serves as our Head of Human Resources. In this role, Shannon oversees talent development, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
