Since 2010, Hager Pacific has acquired more than 40 acres of land with surface storage uses in the South Bay market. Instrumental to Hager Pacific’s acquisition and leasing program has been Lary Carlton of Colliers International.
Lary is the leading broker of surface storage properties in the South Bay. He combines an intimate knowledge of each property with a surface storage use and an understanding of the nuances of every municipality in the market. The results are obvious as he averages the completion of approximately one deal per week.
HPP has been fortunate to be the benefactor of Lary’s expertise. Lary represented HPP in its acquisitions and subsequent leasing of 2811 E Grant in Wilmington which is located in the heart of the heavyweight corridor AND 1660 E 32nd Street in Long Beach, a 4-acre parcel adjacent to the 405 Freeway. In addition, Lary represented HPP in its leasing of several acres of land located at 19500 Mariner Avenue in Torrance.
Congratulations to Lary Carlton of Colliers International for being Hager Pacific’s Fall 2014 Broker of the Quarter.
