For nearly twenty years, Hager Pacific Properties (HPP) has been an active participant in the Southern California industrial real estate investment market. During this time, there has been no single broker who has been as active in the region and as knowledgeable about the market as Gary Stache of CBRE.
Gary currently leads CBRE’s Investment Properties-SoCal group which includes an 11-person marketing team and a 5-person financial underwriting team. His role includes understanding the capital markets, creating value in an investment transaction, knowing and accessing investors, and developing marketing strategies for commercial investment properties in Southern California.
Gary’s accomplishments in his illustrious career include being a 33-Time Top 10 Producer in the CBRE Newport Beach office, which is one of the company’s premier offices. He is also a 9-time winner of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which represents the top 3% producers in the United States.
What truly distinguishes Gary, however, is the way that he conducts business. He represents his clients with loyalty and commitment without compromising his ethics. He is continually instrumental in getting deals done in which both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
HPP has had the pleasure of working with Gary several times in the past two decades. Most notably, Gary creatively structured an acquisition for an approximately 300,000 sf industrial building in Brea, California that HPP closed in less than ten days from the opening of escrow.
Last year, Gary represented HPP in its successful sale of the former University Athletic Club in Newport Beach. Gary provided tremendous value by leading the effort to market the property to creative office users. HPP purchased the note on the property, renovated it into a creative office building and sold it to a user.
